Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of preoperative education based on virtual reality(VR)technology combined with intraoperative music therapy in parturients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2023 to October 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional operating room nursing,while the observation group received preoperative education based on VR technology combined with intraoperative music therapy on the basis of traditional operating room nursing.The surgical stress response indicators,psychological state scores,and incidence of intraoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the surgical stress response indicators,psychological state scores,and total incidence of intraoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative education based on VR technology combined with intraoperative music therapy can reduce the surgical stress response of parturients with cesarean section,improve psychological state,and reduce the risk of intraoperative complications,which has certain promotional significance.关键词
