Abstract
To summarize a case of perioperative nursing experience of fetoscopic laserphotocoagulation of echolointerangiopagous vessels for treating hyperthyroidism combined with twin to twin transfusion syndrome.The nursing points included emphasizing personalized psychological nursing and promoting patients'mental health,preparing patients and supplies and developing emergency plans before surgery,strictly monitoring various indicators of maternal and infants during surgery,paying attention to efficient rest and gradual activities after surgery,puncture site and pain management,actively preventing complications to ensure the safety of maternal and infants,strengthening dietary guidance during pregnancy and providing scientific and reasonable nutritional support,fine quality control and periodic maintenance of fetoscopy instruments,emphasizing continuity of nursing.After the active treatment and meticulous nursing by the medical team,the patient successfully underwent the surgery,the postoperative recovery was good,vital signs such as body temperature,blood pressure,and heart rate were stable,and the puncture site healed well without complications such as bleeding,infection,site rupture,or amniotic fluid leakage.At discharge,the patient's pain score was 0 point,and the seven indicators of thyroid function were effectively controlled without thyroid crisis.Since follow-up,the twin babies has shown good growth and development.关键词
