"三全育人"视域下"体育大思政"育人生态建设的价值与路径
Values and Paths of the Ecological Construction of"Great Ideological and Political Education in Sports"from the Perspective of"All-Round Education for All"

Abstract
Against the backdrop of deepening education reform,promoting the ecological construction of"great ideological and political education in sports"based on the"all-round education for all"strategic framework is of crucial significance for fully leveraging the unique educational function of sports and responding to the demand for high-quality talent cultivation in the new era.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper elaborates on the internal logic,core values,and practical challenges of the ecological construction of"great ideological and political education in sports",and proposes practical paths.It suggests that its core values mainly include building the foundation for"value guidance"in education to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and nurturing people;reshaping the"Five Education Integration"education chain to innovate the paradigm of quality education cultivation;and connecting the collaborative education bond of"family,school and community"to strengthen the cultivation of social responsibility awareness.However,the ecological construction of"great ideological and political education in sports"still faces practical difficulties such as the lack of collaborative mechanisms,obstacles to the integration of ideological and political elements,broken adaptation of the education system,and lagging integration functions in the field.Accordingly,practical paths are proposed:to improve the mechanism of shared responsibility for education so as to gather diverse collaborative efforts for education;to design ideological and political education goals at different levels so as to achieve precise alignment between disciplinary characteristics and cognitive laws;to connect the entire cycle of education chain so as to establish a system that links ability advancement and value internalization;and to reconstruct the educational functions of spatial field so as to promote the organic integration of explicit training and implicit influence.关键词
