Optimization method for radar anti-jamming resources in multiple domains

Abstract
To address the issues of insufficient stability,slow convergence,and long response times in existing algorithms for multi-domain anti-jamming resource optimization,this paper proposes an intelligent anti-jamming resource optimization method based on an improved Q-Learning algorithm.First,afrequency-agile radar model is established that characterizes target detection probability and low probability of intercept,demonstrating that the radar can effectively avoid potential jamming and reduce interception probability by intelligently selecting parameters such as frequency,beam position,dwell time,and transmit power.Next,three typical suppression jamming models are selected:noise jamming,linear frequency sweep jamming,and random frequency sweep jamming.The radar anti-jamming problem is then formulated as a Markov decision process,with a reward function designed by integrating three factors:radar target detection probability,interception avoidance probability,and jamming penalties.Theoretical analysis shows that the reward value obtained by the agent is positively correlated with its anti-jamming performance.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is more stable and has a faster convergence speed than the existing algorithms under the three jamming scenarios,and that the radar is less affected by jamming.关键词
