摘要

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the role of organic fertilizers and other nitrogen substitutes in increasing yields and efficiency in dryland spring wheat production,providing a theoretical basis for rational fertilization and sustainable agricultural development in dryland wheat.From 2018 to 2020,this study compared the effects of applying different nitrogen levels of organic fertilizers(25%,TM1;50%,TM2;75%,TM3;100%,TM4)and applying chemical fertilizer alone(control treatment,RF)as substitutes for chemical nitrogen on the yield,water use,and nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency of dryland spring wheat.The results showed that with the proportion of organic fertilizers as substitutes for chemical nitrogen increasing,the dry matter content and yield of dryland spring wheat were first increased and then decreased,with the TM1 and TM2 treatments showing the best results.Compared to the RF treatment,the TM1 and TM2 treatments increased the dry matter content and yield of dryland spring wheat by 13.8%and 11.4%,and 1.6%and 5.1%,respectively.The TM1 and TM2 treatments significantly enhanced soil moisture retention and water storage capacity,increasing post-harvest water storage and water use efficiency by 7.1%and 16.2%,and 51%and 18.7%,respectively,while reducing water consumption by 2.8%and 9.5%.The substitution of some chemical nitrogen with organic fertilizers significantly improved nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency,with the TM1 and TM2 treatments increasing the agronomic efficiency,nitrogen productivity,and nitrogen utilization efficiency by 25.4%-160.6%,31.3%-119.1%,60.7%-290.7%,respectively,compared to the RF treatment.To sum up,25%-50%proportion of organic fertilizer nitrogen replacement of chemical fertilizer nitrogen was the best and reasonable fertilization method for increasing yield and stabilizing yield and increasing efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer under full film soil hole sowing in semi-arid northwest China.
