Inevitable Options and Future Transformations in the Transition of Physical Education Teachers to Physical Education and Health Teachers:Discussion on the Cultivation of Health Education Literacy

Abstract
With society's increasing concern about health issues and the deepening of physical education and health curriculum reform,the role transformation of physical education teachers into physical education and health teachers has become an inevitable trend.To achieve this transformation,it is urgent to focus on the cultivation of physical education teachers'health education literacy.The article adopts methods including literature review and logical analysis to conclude that with the change in the tasks of school physical education,the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the spirit of the new physical education standard,physical education teachers have been given a new mission of"health-first",a new responsibility of health education,and a new connotation of health literacy,and their role transformation has become an inevitable option for the development of the times.It points out that the transition from physical education teachers to physical education and health teachers is beneficial for the improvement of the"physical education and health"work system,the implementation of the education concept of"health-first",and the deep integration of physical education and health education.In response to this trend,it proposes the optimization paths:taking the teacher education program accreditation as an opportunity to improve the health education literacy cultivation of pre-service physical education and health teachers,using the"National Training Program"teacher training as a starting point to improve the health education literacy ability of post-service physical education and health teachers,and promoting international exchange and references to broaden the international perspective of health education literacy cultivation for physical education and health teachers.关键词
