新时代中小学体育教练员高质量发展路径研究
Paths of High-Quality Development of Coaches in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era

Abstract
Coaches in primary and secondary schools serve as a pivotal support for the development of school sports and the diversified cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in the new era.Employing the methods such as literature review,logical analysis,field investigation and in-depth interviews,this study explores the realistic demands,advancement dilemmas,and practical paths regarding the high-quality development of coaches in primary and secondary schools in the new era.It suggests that the high-quality development of coaches in primary and secondary schools in the new era responds to the realistic demands of implementing the"Health First"educational philosophy,deepening school sports reform,serving the strategy of building a leading sports power,revitalizing sports human resources,and leveraging the advantages of differentiated schooling.However,currently there are still advancement dilemmas including:fragmented management systems and conflicting goals leading to weak collaboration between sports and education;scarcity of staffing quotas and restricted position settings resulting in insufficient team stability;lack of evaluation systems and narrow promotion channels hindering career development prospects;insufficient salary packages and incentive mechanisms weakening position attractiveness;and conflicts in educational philosophies alongside shortcomings in teaching abilities constraining educational effectiveness.Accordingly,the following practical paths are proposed:improving collaborative mechanisms to clarify administrative affiliation and responsibility boundaries;innovating employment systems to resolve staffing quota bottlenecks and position restrictions;reforming evaluation systems to smooth promotion channels and expand development space;perfecting salary systems to strengthen performance incentives and guarantee benefits;and deepening professional training to enhance educational philosophies and coaching abilities.关键词
