位错环对CoNiCrFeMn高熵合金屈服强度的影响
Effect of Dislocation Loops on the Yield Strength of CoNiCrFeMn High-entropy Alloys

Abstract
In order to study the influence of microscopic defects such as dislocation loops on the mechanical properties of high-entropy alloys(HEAs),the influence of Shockley dislocation loops and Frank dislocation loops on the mechanical properties of high entropy alloys is studied by molecular dynamics.The results show that the elastic modulus of the perfect crystal is 164 GPa at 1×10-2 s-1,1×10-3 s-1,1×10-4 s-1,indicating that the strain rate does not affect the elastic modulus of the high entropy alloy;however,the yield strength of high entropy alloys with perfect crystals and preset dislocation loops increases with the increase of strain rate.The Frank dislocation loop decomposes into Shockley dislocation segment and Stair rod dislocation segment during the tension process,and forms a relatively complete stacking fault tetrahedron structure at 700 K.The layer dislocation tetrahedra migrate to the vicinity of the{111}interface to be absorbed to release part of the stress;while at this time,there is a large amount of dislocation plugging inside the HEAs with pre-positioned Shockley dislocation rings.Therefore,the yield strength of the HEAs with preset Shockley dislocation rings is higher than that of the HEAs with preset Frank dislocation rings.关键词
