高活性蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇的合成及应用研究
Research on Synthesis and Application of High-activity Castor Oil-based Polyether Polyols

Abstract
Ricinoleic oil was used as the initiator,epoxylated alkanes as the monomers for polymerization,and phosphazene salt as the catalyst to synthesize high-activity polyether polyol.The impact of the type and concentration of the catalyst on the polymerization reaction was studied,and the structure of the polyether polyol was characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Polyurethane high-resilience foam was prepared using the synthesized castor oil-based polyether polyol,and the effect on the foam properties was investigated.The results demonstrated that when the mass fraction of the phosphazene salt catalyst was 0.20%,the synthesized castor oil-based polyether polyol exhibited optimal comprehensive properties.When incorporated into polyurethane high-resilience foam at a loading of 50 phr,the foam demonstrated excellent mechanical properties.When applied in polyurethane waterproof coating,the self-made castor oil-based polyether polyol showed significant advantages in mechanical properties compared to traditional glycerol-based polyether polyol.关键词
