Global Patent Landscape Analysis of Ecological Environment Technologies

Abstract
Based on the PATSTAT global patent database,this study constructs a"technology-industry-entity"three-dimensional analytical framework to systematically investigate the development dynamics,research hotspots,and innovation landscape of global ecological environment technologies.The multi-dimensional analysis reveals that biological monitoring,photo-oxidation,and microbial remediation technologies are current R&D hotspots,while technologies such as nuclear energy and bioenzyme treatment demonstrate the highest commercial value and academic influence.From an industrial perspective,patents are highly concentrated in sectors like environmental protection equipment manufacturing and environmental monitoring instrument manufacturing.The innovation ecosystem is characterized by a dual structure,with universities leading fundamental research and enterprises driving technology industrialization.The findings provide empirical evidence and decision-making support for formulating science and technology policies,optimizing industrial layout,and fostering industry-university-research collaboration under China's"dual carbon"goals.关键词
