Abstract

A joint optimization method was proposed based on the semantic communication framework for the ISCC(in-tegrated sensing,communication,and computing)network.Firstly,leveraging the semantic communication theoretical framework,the sensing,communication,and computation functionalities of the ISCC system were unified and recon-structed with the semantic layer for multi-target sensing and multi-server collaboration scenarios.Secondly,the end-to-end error probability of the system was quantitatively characterized from the semantic level,and a joint optimization problem for server selection and time resource allocation was formulated.The original mixed-integer non-convex prob-lem was transformed into a convex one.Moreover,the structure of its optimal solutions was analyzed based on the La-grangian method and KKT conditions.Simulation results demonstrate that the semantic communication framework can effectively guide resource allocation in ISCC systems.Compared with traditional schemes,the proposed scheme signifi-cantly improves the reliability of the whole ISCC system in both homogeneous and heterogeneous server deployment scenarios,validating the effectiveness of the semantic communication framework in ISCC network optimization.
