人工智能时代高校意识形态风险防控能力研究
Research on the Capacity for Ideological Risk Prevention and Control in Institutions of Higher Education in the Intelligent Era

Abstract
In the context of the intelligent era,higher education institutions have increasingly become potential,latent,sensitive,and catalytic zones for major ideological risks.Currently,institutions of higher education face limitations in key competencies required for preventing and mitigating such risks,including digital intelligence awareness,political acuity,risk assessment and judgment,response and handling capabilities,and management coordination.To address these challenges,colleges and universities should establish a core competency framework integrating four interrelated dimensions:political cognition and practice,strategic foresight,emergency response and management,and organizational control-that function cohesively,operate efficiently,and enable continuous improvement.Furthermore,they should focus on critical influencing factors such as ideology,organizational structure,institutional mechanisms,and the external environment,systematically develop scientific competency models,and apply them in practice.Through iterative refinement and validation,the scientific rigor and stability of universities'capacity to prevent and defuse ideological risks can be enhanced,thereby offering practical guidance for strengthening ideological work in higher education institutions during the intelligent era.关键词
