摘要
Abstract
The printing and dyeing industry,as a highly chemical-dependent sector,constitutes a key source of new pollutant emissions.With the governance of new pollutants incorporated into national top-level design,a preliminary policy framework for the governance of new pollutants in China's printing and dyeing in-dustry has been established,and certain achievements have been made in such governance.However,at present,the governance of new pollutants in the printing and dyeing industry still faces a series of challenges,including the lack of specialized legal norms,the imperfection of supervision and coordination mechanisms,and inadequate government supervision.To this end,it is necessary to systematically address the predica-ment in the governance of new pollutants in the printing and dyeing industry through such approaches as for-mulating specialized norms for the governance of new pollutants in printing and dyeing,establishing an infor-mation sharing platform for new pollutant governance,and constructing a full-process supervision system,so as to provide institutional guarantees for the green transformation of the industry and the safety of the ecologi-cal environment.关键词
