Abstract
Building the digital governance system for Beautiful China is not only a fundamental project for constructing the green and intelligent digital ecological civilization,but also an important measure to promote the modernization of the ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.The intelligent collection and monitoring system for ecological environment indices,the data analysis system for ecological environment conditions,the smart application system for ecological benefits for the people,the feedback system for ecological environment quality assessment and the organizational management system for ecological environment governance,etc.,jointly constitute the logical framework of the digital governance system for Beautiful China.By strengthening the top-level design of digital ecological civilization construction,enhancing the digital infrastructure level of ecological and environmental protection,improving the information sharing and integration mechanism of ecological and environmental protection,promoting the comprehensive digital transformation of the ecological and environmental protection industry through digital technology innovation,building a demand orientation-technology empowerment-collaborative share mechanism,and deepening the reform of the organizational management system and mechanism for ecological and environmental governance,this research aims to optimize and build a digital governance system for a Beautiful China.This will comprehensively promote the construction of a green and intelligent digital ecological civilization,and provide strong support for the modernization that promotes harmonious coexistence between man and nature.关键词
