能碳双端约束对中国制造业企业新质生产力的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Double-End Constraint of Energy and Carbon on the New Quality Productive Forces of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises:Triple Difference Test Based on Dual Machine Learning

Abstract
In the context of shifting from dual-control of energy consumption to dual-control of carbon emissions,accelerating the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse is the key grip for achieving high-quality economic development.Using the data of China's A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2022,this research empirically investigates the impact of the energy-carbon double-end constraint on the New Quality Productive Forces of manufacturing enterprises by taking the policy synergy of carbon emissions trading and new energy demonstration cities as an example.The research finds that,first,the energy-carbon double-end constraint can effectively enhance the New Quality Productive Forces of manufacturing enterprises,especially the promotion of new quality labour information has a stronger impact.Second,the energy-carbon double-end constraint can enhance the New Quality Productive Forces of manufacturing enterprises through optimizing resource allocation,promoting technological innovation and green investment,and its direct impact is moderated by the horizontal and vertical competitiveness factors of enterprises,supply chain integration as a vertical cooperation factor can produce a J-shape moderating effect,and the competitiveness of enterprises as a horizontal competition factor will produce a U-shape moderating effect.Third,the energy-carbon double-ended constraint has a stronger effect on the promotion of New Quality Productive Forces in technology-intensive,mature and high-carbon manufacturing enterprises.In addition,the energy-carbon double-ended constraint can promote the synergistic development of the extensive and intensive margins of the New Quality Productive Forces of manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,it is proposed to promote low-carbon development and energy transition of manufacturing enterprises,optimize the environment for financing and technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and strengthen policy guidance and environmental awareness.关键词
