Abstract
To improve the yellowing problem of polyester/nylon knitted fabrics during high-temperature setting and storage,the influence of anti-high-temperature yellowing agents on the yellowing performance of polyester/nylon knitted fabrics was investigated from the aspects of additive dosage and acetic acid dosage,the influence of anti-phenolic yellowing agents on the yellowing performance of polyester/nylon knitted fab-rics was also explored from four aspects:insulation temperature,additive dosage,acetic acid dosage,and insu-lation time,and the finishing process was optimized.The results showed that anti-high-temperature yellow-ing agents and anti-phenolic yellowing agents could effectively solve the yellowing problem of fabrics;the whiteness value of the fabric finished with anti-high-temperature yellowing agents increased by 2.6.The opti-mized process was:anti-high-temperature yellowing agent 20 g/L,acetic acid 1 g/L,the phenolic yellowing grade of the fabric finished with anti-phenolic yellowing agent level 4-5.The optimized process was:insula-tion temperature 50℃,anti-phenolic yellowing agent 3 g/L,acetic acid 0.5 g/L,insulation time 5 min.关键词
