家族企业韧性的影响因素及其作用机制
Factors and Mechanisms Affecting the Resilience of Family Businesses
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the era of VUCA,family firms are facing more complex internal shocks and external shocks,and family firm resilience,as a key force for family firms to overcome environmental uncertainty and realize intergenerational inheritance,has gradually become a hot topic.Given that domestic and international research in this area is still in its infancy,it is necessary to systematize the existing literature and suggest guidelines for future research directions.The specific research structure is as follows.Firstly,Citespace software is used to visualize and analyze relevant literature on the resilience of family businesses.Secondly,the concept,measurement methods,and theoretical basis of resilience in family businesses are reviewed and analyzed to clarify the differences and connections between resilience in family businesses and organizational resilience.Thirdly,on the basis of systematically integrating the triggering factors,antecedents,and effects of family business resilience,a research framework for the resilience of family businesses is extracted,which includes triggering factors antecedents family business resilience effects.Fourthly,suggestions for future research have been proposed in terms of expanding theoretical foundations and perspectives,research methods,cross institutional and cross-cultural comparisons,studying the outcome effects of strengthening family business resilience,and exploring the double-edged sword effect of family business resilience.The research conclusion not only helps to deepen the understanding of the connotation and mechanism of family resilience,but also provides theoretical reference for future research.关键词
