手术衣与手术单的国内外标准差异及薄弱部位质量优化策略
Research on the differences of domestic and international standards for surgical gowns and surgical sheets and strategies for optimizing weak parts quality

Abstract
Surgical gowns,as classified as Class II medical devices by the National Medical Products Ad-ministration,play a crucial role in preventing surgical infections.By comparing the standard systems of China,the United States,and European Union,the differentiated requirements for key indicators such as blocking mi-crobial penetration and liquid barrier across domestic and international standards are revealed.Based on the da-ta from the national medical device supervision and inspection over the past five years and nearly 2 000 test results,a systematic analysis is conducted on the non-conformity patterns of surgical gowns and surgical sheets in key indicators.It is found that most of the non-conformity cases are concentrated in weak areas such as seams and sleeve seams.The study reveals that material performance defects,process flaws,and de-viations in the implementation of detection standards are the main quality risk factors.It is suggested that through technological innovations such as optimizing material performance and precise process parameters,combined with the dynamic revision of international standards,the protective performance of surgical gowns and the standard system can be coordinated and improved.关键词
