Abstract
To address the bearing seizure issue of the three-roll tension unit in the Magang 2130 pickling and cold rolling line,related influencing factors were analyzed one by one.The study found that the root cause of bearing seizure was axial movement of the roll body leading to damage of the internal bearing structure,coupled with accelerated emulsification of the lubricating grease,ulti-mately resulting in lubrication failure.Measures such as seal ring modification,pressure cover boss grinding,anti-loosening welding,nozzle angle adjustment,offline oiling system modification,and installation of remote monitoring equipment effectively resolved the three-roll tension bearing sei-zure problem,significantly improving the operational stability of the three-roll tension unit.关键词
