Abstract
The circulation fan is a key equipment in the dry quenching system.Traditional pe-riodic maintenance methods are prone to over-maintenance or under-maintenance.Therefore,real-time monitoring of its potential faults and achieving early warning is of great significance.Based on spectrum analysis theory and combined with relevant software tools,a detailed analysis of the wave-form signals from the dry quenching circulation fan motor was conducted.This enabled precise local-ization of faults in the motor bearing inner ring,accurately reflecting its health status and degrada-tion trend.Practice shows that mechanical fault early warning for the circulation fan can effectively guide on-site maintenance,significantly improving system operational reliability and overall perfor-mance.关键词
