Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of serum heat shock protein 60(Hsp60)and soluble tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis(sTWEAK)in evaluating the risk of essential hypertension(EH)patients complicated with cardiovascular disease(CVD).Methods From January to December,2023,91 EH patients with concurrent CVD who visited Sinopharm Tongmei General Hospital were included as the EH complicated CVD group,73 EH patients without complicated CVD were selected as the pure EH group,and 50 healthy individuals who underwent physical check-ups at the hospital were regarded as the healthy control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was applied to detect and compare the levels of serum Hsp60 and sTWEAK in each group.Logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of CVD in EH patients.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum Hsp60 and sTWEAK for CVD in EH patients.Results Body mass index and the proportion of patients with smoking history in the EH complicated CVD group were higher than those in the healthy control group and the pure EH group(F/χ2=6.305,8.021;all P<0.05).The proportions of patients with diabetes history and grade 3 hypertension in EH complicated CVD group were higher than those in the pure EH group(χ2/t=6.993,6.494;both P<0.05).The levels of serum Hsp60 and sTWEAK in the EH complicated CVD group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group and the pure EH group(F=204.288,175.086;all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that increased body mass index,history of diabetes,grade 3 hypertension,and elevated levels of serum Hsp60 and sTWEAK were risk factors for CVD in EH patients(P<0.05).The areas under the curve(AUCs)of serum Hsp60,sTWEAK,and their combination in the diagnosis of concurrent CVD in EH patients was 0.826,0.851,and 0.918,respectively.Their combined diagnosis was superior to individual detection(Z=3.255,2.072;P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of Hsp60 and sTWEAK are elevated in EH patients complicated with CVD,and have high diagnostic value as serological indicators for EH complicated with CVD.关键词
