Interpretation of the 2025 Guidelines for Uveal Melanoma by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network
摘要
Abstract
Uveal melanoma is an intraocular malignancy predominantly affecting middle-aged and elderly individuals.Its early symptoms are often subtle,necessitating imaging studies for diagnosis.Treatment strategies vary by stage:early-stage patients typically receive radiotherapy or local therapies to preserve vision,while advanced or metastatic cases require combined approaches including surgery,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy.Based on the 2025 update of the Guidelines for Uveal Melanoma by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network,this article aims to interpret the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,providing a basis for the optimization of clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
