Abstract
To address the issues of energy conversion and economic benefits in the green and high-value utilization of converter gas,a systematic theoretical analysis and economic evaluation were conducted on the coal injection process in the converter evaporation cooling uptake.Combining experimental data,the study thoroughly examined the energy conversion mechanism of this process and quantitatively calculated its economic benefits.The results indicate that by utilizing the oxygen and sensible heat in the converter flue gas,this process enables pulverized coal to decompose and convert into high-quality gas while transforming part of the sensible heat into effective energy.This process not only significantly enhances economic efficiency and increases carbon reduction potential but also does not affect existing process operations.Compared with pulverized coal direct combustion in ultra-supercritical units,this process demonstrates improvements in both energy recovery and economic benefits.关键词
