健脾消浊方配合揿针贴治疗中心性肥胖伴糖耐量受损临床研究
Clinical Study on Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription Combined with Thumbtack Needle for Central Obesity and Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with thumbtack needle on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with central obesity and impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods:A total of 86 patients with central obesity and IGT who were admitted to the People's Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional exercise and dietary guidance,while the observation group received Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with thumbtack needle on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for three months.Waist circumference,body weight,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid levels,and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed a reduction in waist circumference,body weight,and BMI level compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05);the waist circumference was smaller,and the body weight and BMI level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,levels of fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial insulin(2hINS),and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05);the levels of the four indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level increased,while triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and total cholesterol(TC)levels decreased in the observation group compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).The HDL-C level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while TG,LDL-C,and TC levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with thumbtack needle can effectively promote the normalization of glucose and lipid metabolism and improve the obese state in patients with central obesity and IGT,with higher safety.关键词
