补肾导痰五积方联合敷脐治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床研究
Clinical Study on Combination Use of Bushen Daotan Wuji Prescription and Umbilical Application for Infertility Due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Phlegm-Damp Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination use of Bushen Daotan Wuji Prescription and umbilical application on infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-damp type.Methods:A total of 106 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-damp type admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Tonglu Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.In the conventional group,one case did not receive complete treatment,and one case withdrew voluntarily;in the combination group,two cases did not receive complete treatment,and one case withdrew voluntarily.A total of 101 cases in the two groups completed the study.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combination group was treated with oral administration of Bushen Daotan Wuji Prescription combined with umbilical application on the basis of the treatment in the conventional group.Both groups were treated for six menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,modified Ferriman-Gallwey scores of hirsutism,serum sex hormone levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P)],levels of inflammatory pathway related indicators[Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.00%(47/50)in the combination group,which was higher than that of 74.51%(38/51)in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and Ferriman-Gallwey scores in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and P in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above two levels in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).The levels of LH,E2,and T in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the combination group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TLR4,NF-κB,IL-6,and TNF-α in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of TLR4,NF-κB,IL-6,and TNF-α in the combination group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination use of Bushen Daotan Wuji Prescription and umbilical application has a significant curative effect on infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-damp type,which can improve the serum sex hormone levels and inflammatory state of patients,and its effect may be related to the regulation of TLR4 and NF-κB levels.关键词
