摘要

Abstract

In order to study the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the crude extract and monomeric compounds of Fagopyrum dibotrys,the ethanol extract of Fagopyrum dibotrys was extracted with different solvents and the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of different extraction parts was evaluated.Then,a variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the n-butanol fraction with significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.Eleven compounds were isolated and analyzed by modern spectroscopic techniques.The structure of the compound was identified as luteolin(1),loganin acid(2),hesperidin(3),(-)-epicatechin(4),(+)-catechin(5),quercetin(6),kaempferol(7),rutin(8),diosmetin(9),polydatin(10),α-terthiophene(11).Among them,compounds 2,3,10 and 11 were isolated from Fagopyrum dibotrys for the first time.Compounds 1,4,5 and 6 exhibited significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activities with IC50 values of(6.91±0.38),(14.93±0.35),(15.06±0.25)and(7.04±2.62)μmol/L,respectively.
