医幼联合开展"手卫生"宣教在学龄前儿童中的应用效果分析
Analysis of the application effect of hospital-kindergarten collaboration in"hand hygiene"education among preschool children

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the impact of health education on"hand hygiene"under a hospital-kindergarten collaboration model on children's knowledge,behavior,and habit formation regarding hand hygiene.Methods A cluster sampling method was used,and children aged 5 to 6 years old who were enrolled in first-level kindergartens in Huichuan District,Zunyi City in September 2024 were selected as research subjects for conducting"hand hygiene"health education.Hand hygiene knowledge tests and fluorescent residue experiments were conducted before the intervention and 21 days after the intervention.Handwashing habits(handwashing initiative,standardization,and handwashing time)were recorded before the intervention,7 days after the intervention,and 21 days after the intervention.Results 21 days after the intervention,the scores of hand hygiene knowledge test and fluorescent residue test were significantly higher than those before the interven-tion(P<0.01).Furthermore,there were statistically significant differences in handwashing initiative,standardization,and handwashing time before the intervention,7 days after the intervention,and 21 days after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion"Hand hygiene"education under the hospital-kindergarten collaboration model can significantly improve hand-washing knowledge and behavior among preschool children,and promote the cultivation of good hand hygiene habits in a short period of time.关键词
