基于CiteSpace我国肺癌中医特色护理技术研究的可视化分析
A visualization analysis of research on traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technologies for lung cancer in China based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status and hot trends of lung cancer in the field of traditional Chinese medicine nursing by using CiteSpace visualization software.Methods Literature published from January 1991 to October 2024 was retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science Core Collection,CNKI,VIP,WanFang,and China Biology Medicine disc.CiteSpace was utilized to perform co-occurrence and clustering analysis of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 396 publications were included.The annual publication volume showed a gradual increasing trend from 1991 to 2019(peaking at 56 articles in 2019),followed by a slight decline between 2020 and 2024.The leading institutions in tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing research in the field of lung cancer were primarily provincial TCM hospitals,univer-sities of Chinese medicine,and their affiliated hospitals.Keywords such as"quality of life"and"adverse reactions to chem-otherapy"were identified as research priorities,while"syndrome differentiation nursing""auricular point pressing with beans""acupoint massage"and"acupoint application"emerged as hotspots in clinical studies.Conclusion Current research trends focus on managing chemotherapy-related adverse reactions,enhancing pain and hospice care,and improving patient quality of life.Future studies should strengthen collaboration among authors and institutions,and further explore the clinical application of various TCM nursing techniques.关键词
