通阴三阳灸联合盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型功能性腹泻临床研究
Clinical Study on Unblocking Yin and Activating Three-Yang Moxibustion Combined with Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules for Functional Diarrhea of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of unblocking yin and activating three-yang moxibustion combined with Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 125 patients with functional diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected.After excluding five cases,the remaining 120 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules,while the treatment group received Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules combined with unblocking yin and activating three-yang moxibustion.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment were also compared.Results:The total effective rate for clinical efficacy was 98.33%(59/60)in the treatment group and 88.33%(53/60)in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After four weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(abdominal pain before diarrhea,increased frequency of stool,abdominal stuffiness and fullness,borborygmus,aversion of cold,poor appetite,soreness and weakness of the lower back and knees,mental and physical fatigue)decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores for all eight items in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After four weeks of treatment,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Unblocking yin and activating three-yang moxibustion combined with Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules is effective in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.It can inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and demonstrates high safety.关键词
