苯唑草酮降解真菌SFC-3的鉴定及其降解特性的研究
Identification and Degradation Characteristics of Topramezone-Degrading Fungal Strain SFC-3

Abstract
To screening of topramezone-degrading strains and remediate of topramezone-polluted soil,3 existing fungal strains in the laboratory were as materials,and the strain were identified by morphological and ITS,LSU,TEF-1α sequences analysis.The topramezone egradation characteristics of strain were analyzed by shake flask experiments and molecular biological methods.The results showed that strain SFC-3 was screened with high and efficient degradation of topramezone,which was identified as Trichoderma asperellum.The strain SFC-3 was able to use topramezone as the only carbon and nitrogen source for growth,and the additional carbon and nitrogen source would affect the degradation effect of SFC-3 on topramezone.Under the optimal conditions of 25℃and pH 8,SFC-3 had the best degradation effect on topramezone,and the degradation rate of 100 mg·L-1 topramezone could reach 92.27%.When the content of topramezone was 200 mg·L-1,the degradation rate of strain SFC-3 on topramezone decreased,which was 69.86%.Above results indicated that Trichoderma asperellum strain SFC-3 had good degradation ability on topramezone,which provided suitable strain resource for the bioremediation of soil contaminated by topramezone.关键词
