健康水循环理念下异龙湖流域灌区水资源优化配置研究
Study on optimal allocation of water resources in the Yilong Lake irrigation area under the concept of healthy water circulation

Abstract
The Yilong Lake is a shallow water lake with the smallest basin area,the most prominent contradiction between water supply and demand,and the most serious endogenous pollution among the nine plateau lakes in Yunnan.In order to effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the irriga-tion area of the Yilong Lake Basin,gradually reverse the semi-closed state of the lake and promote the sustainable improvement of the water quality of the lake,this paper takes the Yilong Lake as a link,fully taps the available renewable water resources in the basin,replaces the clean irrigation water source by extracting water from the lake,uses lakeside wetlands to purify the low-pollution water around the lake,and increases the amount of clean water into the lake.Therefore,the healthy water circulation system of the Yilong Lake Basin is constructed,and the optimal allocation of multi-water sources in the irrigation area of the Yilong Lake Basin is realized based on the optimal alloca-tion model of water resources.The results show that under different precipitation guarantee rates(50%,75%,95%),the current annual water shortage is about 4.775 million m3,5.63 million m3,6.652 million m3,and the corre-sponding water shortage rates are 20.3%,22.3%,24.2%,respectively.Through the optimal allocation of water resources,the water shortage of irrigation areas can be reduced to 4,098,300 m3,4,769,600 m3 and 6.26 million m3 respectively under each precipitation guarantee rate.Based on the optimal allocation of multiple water sources under the healthy water circulation system,the water shortage of the irrigation area under each precipitation guarantee rate is further reduced to 1,536,400 m3,1,660,000 m3,3,160,000 m3,and the water shortage rate is reduced to 6.5%,6.6%,and 11%.At the same time,the multi-water source optimal allocation scheme based on the healthy water cir-culation system can accelerate the circulation and exchange of lake water,and reduce the COD224.4 t,194.7 t,194.9 t into the lake,which has a good role in promoting the sustainable improvement of lake water quality.The opti-mal allocation system of water resources based on the concept of healthy water circulation can provide new ideas for the treatment of plateau lakes and the optimal allocation of water resources in the irrigation area around lakes.关键词
