Precision Supervision:A Defining Concept for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Work in the New Era

Abstract
Deepening theoretical research on precision supervision is a practical necessity for systematically summarizing innovative prac-tices and advancing the building of an independent knowledge system for the discipline of discipline inspection and supervision.By distinguis-hing it from related concepts such as refined supervision,technological supervision,and high?quality supervision,and by examining it from broader perspectives covering ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign contexts,the connotation of precision supervision is clearly delinea-ted.In essence,it is a practical methodology that translates the overarching and abstract principles of political supervision into operable and testable approaches,and an innovation in supervision that takes refinement as its foundation,technologization as its means,and high quality as its goal.The development of this concept has gone through three major stages:a problem?oriented stage of germination and incubation,a politically guided stage of proposal and exploration,and a stage of strategic integration serving the overall situation.In practice,precision supervision differs from traditional supervision in three composite characteristics:the unity of political targeting and problem orientation,the dialectical relationship between standardization and differentiation,and the consistency between process management and outcome presenta-tion.关键词
