Abstract
The principle of messenger RNA(mRNA)vaccines is to synthesize single-stranded nucleotides using deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)as a template and deliver them into the body through a carrier system,where they express target antigens in cells to induce an immune response in the host.Compared with traditional vaccines,mRNA vaccines offer higher safety,better efficacy,shorter development cycles,and simpler design,giving them unique advantages in the prevention and control of animal diseases.This paper reviews the types of mRNA vaccines,their delivery systems,and their applications in animal viral infectious diseases,and discusses the current challenges and future development directions of mRNA vaccines,aiming to provide references for future research and application.关键词
