党的自我革命制度规范体系的价值旨归、系统构建与路径优化
The Value Orientation,Systematic Construction,and Path Optimization of the Systems and Regulations for the Party's Self-reform
摘要
Abstract
Improving the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is a strategic deploy-ment of the great new project of Party building in the new era.It embodies the organic unity of the Party's self-reform,institutional governance,and governance based on rules,and provides a strong and powerful guarantee for transforming the institutional advantages of Party building into national governance efficiency.The systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform consist of three sub-systems:fundamental institutional norms,basic institutional norms,and important institutional norms.These three subsystems form a total system that is logically rigorous,hierarchical,organi-cally connected,and integrated.To further optimize the practical path of the systems and regula-tions for the Party's self-reform,we must adhere to putting the"Two Upholds"in the first place,consolidate the fundamental foundation of institutional building,strengthen the key support of the supervision system,activate the core engine of responsibility for Party management and govern-ance,promote various systems to work together in the same direction and enhance their efficiency.关键词
