Governance of Megacities:An Interdisciplinary Perspective at Home and Abroad and the Emergence of Political Science
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous progress of urbanization,megacities have gained increasingly promi-nent status in national modernization.Their governance issues have transcended the research scope of public administration and other disciplines,becoming a significant political science topic featuring distinct institutional connotations and practical implications.From a political science perspective,domestic and international academic circles have mainly explored governance concepts,models and practices,forming an analytical framework centered on people-first principle,Party building leader-ship,multi-stakeholder coordination and digital-intelligent empowerment.Focusing on refined,re-silient,agile and digital governance models,these studies have revealed the power structure,insti-tutional operation mechanism and practical strengths in governing megacities and super-large cities.Going forward,it is urgent to further deepen the research on the value concept of people-centered cities,ecological perspectives and the empowerment paths of digital and intelligent technologies,thereby laying a solid theoretical groundwork for developing a Chinese characteristic science of ur-ban governance.关键词
