From"Input"to"Construction":A Study on the Mechanism of Exogenous Social Organizations Embedding in Rural Mutual Elderly Care Services

Abstract
Promoting the transition of exogenous social organizations from"one-way input"to"bi-directional mutual construction"is key to achieving the diversified provision and localized operation of rural mutual elderly care services.Exogenous social organizations face multiple practical con-straints in effectively embedding themselves into rural areas,including resource mismatch,institu-tional suspension,relational alienation,and cultural conflict,which hinder their genuine integration into rural mutual elderly care structures and social networks.These embedding dilemmas stem from the lack of resource adaptation mechanisms leading to the suspension of service supply,insuf-ficient institutional elasticity inhibiting the agency of social organizations,severed relational net-works undermining the foundation of community identity,and cultural differences obstructing the formation of value consensus.By promoting structural anchoring through precise resource matc-hing,realizing capacity activation via adaptive institutional co-construction,completing relationship dredging by relying on relational network integration,and fostering orderly symbiosis through dia-logical cultural integration,it is possible to guide exogenous social organizations to transform into"community collaborators",thereby supporting the sustainable development of the rural mutual elderly care service system.关键词
