Construction and Interpretation of Competency Model for Online Course Construction of University Teachers:Research Based on Grounded Coding and Delphi Method

Abstract
As the"core actors"in building high-quality educational resources,college teachers should shoulder the important mission of building online courses,and their online course construction level is an important course competency that must be developed in the new period.Based on this,the research focuses on the competency model construction of online course construction for college teachers from the perspective of competency.Under the guidance of grounded coding technology,more than 90 policy documents and research documents are qualitatively analyzed.After open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the preliminary components of online course construction competency model for college teachers are separated out.Furthermore,23 experts were consulted and revised by Delphi method for two rounds,and finally a competency model of online course construction for college teachers was constructed,which included 3 first-level elements,9 second-level elements and 29 third-level elements.Finally,from the three dimensions of building consciousness domain,building knowledge domain and building ability domain,the connotation of each element of the model is explained,and the internal logic of the model is explored from three aspects:utility logic,representation logic and type logic.关键词
