"微型癥瘕"理论在眼底病中的应用
Application of the Theory of Minitype Zhengjia in Fundus Diseases

Abstract
The theory of Minitype Zhengjia is often used to describe pathological changes resulting from the prolonged accumulation and binding of pathogenic factors,such as Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm obstruction,food retention,and fluid stasis,within the collaterals.It represents an extension of the holistic perspective and syndrome differentiation-based treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to the microscopic level.The ocular fundus is rich in collaterals,and fundus diseases tend to become complex in their advanced stages.Influenced by surgical trauma or internal and external factors,pathogenic factors can easily bind within the ocular collaterals,leading to the formation of Minitype Zhengjia.Clinically,this manifests as organized hemorrhage,fibrous proliferation,and neovascularization in the fundus.At the microscopic pathological level,it corresponds to changes such as thickening of the vascular endothelial basement membrane and deposition of the extracellular matrix.Based on the theory of Minitype Zhengjia,this paper provides an in-depth interpretation of its application in understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of complex fundus diseases,reveals its modern pathological implications,and proposes a therapeutic approach that emphasizes both reinforcement and elimination.This approach aims to gradually resolve Zhengjia in the fundus while improving its overall functional state,which holds significant importance for advancing the role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of fundus diseases.关键词
