基于AHP-FCE模型的天津市高素质农民教育融合培育模式评价
Evaluation of an Integrated Education and Training Model for High-Quality Farmers in Tianjin Based on the AHP-FCE Model

Abstract
The group of high-quality farmers serves as a pivotal force in advancing the rural revitalization strategy,modernizing agriculture and rural areas,and developing new agricultural productive forces.Education and training occupy a central position in cultivating this cohort.Currently,the concept of educational integration garners significant attention within policies for nurturing high-quality farmers.This study examines Tianjin Municipality,which pioneered the application of educational integration models.Utilizing survey data from Tianjin's educational science planning project,an AHP-FCE model was constructed for empirical analysis.Results indicate that Tianjin's educational integration model for cultivating high-quality farmers demonstrates overall effectiveness,yet challenges persist in areas such as promotional efforts,funding support,assessment systems,learner attitudes,classroom dynamics,and future planning.Based on these findings,this paper proposes policy recommendations to enhance the high-quality development of the high-quality farmer workforce.These include optimizing resource allocation and establishing a resource integration and sharing mechanism;adhering to demand-driven principles in curriculum design;creating a tiered certification system for high-quality farmers;and focusing on long-term planning while addressing the needs of the university student population.关键词
