数字职教赋能河南农业新型劳动者的理论逻辑与实践路径
Digital Vocational Education Empowering the New-Type Agricultural Workforce in Henan:Theoretical Logic and Practical Pathways

Abstract
As a core region in China's agricultural strategy,Henan Province's fundamental path to strategic transformation from a major agricultural province to a modern agricultural powerhouse lies in developing new quality agricultural productive forces,with cultivating a new-type agricultural workforce aligned with regional characteristic industries at its core.Digital vocational education plays a key enabling role in this process.This study first elucidates the theoretical logic of how digital vocational education empowers the cultivation of this new-type agricultural workforce,then diagnoses the practical obstacles currently faced in Henan:on the supply side,a mismatch between the curriculum system and regional specialty industry needs,and curriculum developers being disconnected from local agricultural conditions;on the demand side,weak digital literacy among agricultural workers and insufficient endogenous motivation for development.To address these challenges,the research constructs a practice pathway rooted in Henan's context:on the supply side,by establishing a dynamic curriculum adjustment mechanism oriented toward characteristic industrial chains and a"tripartite collaboration,grounded in local agriculture"dual-qualification teaching team,to build a new ecology of"digital integration of industry and education";on the demand side,by implementing a foundational digital literacy initiative and establishing a closed-loop system of"training-certification-application"to activate the endogenous motivation of agricultural workers.Ultimately,through coordinated reform on both supply and demand sides,it aims to provide replicable talent cultivation models and practical solutions for agricultural modernization in Henan and beyond.关键词
