Abstract
Based on the classification characteristics of the main functional area planning,the main problems are analyzed in the land resource utilization of territorial space,and the corresponding strategies are proposed to promote efficient allocation and sustainable development of land resources,providing theoretical reference for the modernization of territorial space governance.After analysis,there are deviations between the positioning of functional areas and the actual land use,prominent contradictions between ecological protection and land development,and inadequate land use supervision and policy implementation.Overall,it is necessary to clarify the land use orientation of different functional areas,strengthen ecological protection and sustainable land use,and increase land use supervision and policy implementation.关键词
