Abstract
In response to the serious pollution and prominent"scattered pollution"characteristics of 100 waste rubber utilization enterprises in the jurisdiction,Sanmen county has established a"technical specification+classified policy+digital supervision"rectification system,innovated the"one factory,one policy"formulation mode,and established a rubber mixing center for intensive production demonstration.After the rectification,the evaluation score of environmental governance level increases from 2.28 points to 3.71 points with an increase of 62.7%,the efficiency of waste gas collection increases from 30%to 90%,achieving a reduction of 306 t/a in Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)emissions and 773 t/a in particulate matter emissions,and the number of environmental complaints decreases by 34.6%.By implementing long-term mechanisms such as specialized operations,digital monitoring,and regular inspections,a replicable and promotable regional industry pollution control model can be formed.关键词
