Abstract
Water resources are the core element connecting ecosystems,economic activities,and social development,the level of sustainable utilization directly affects the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction and the overall high-quality development.Firstly,the significance of promoting sustainable utilization of water resources under the background of ecological civilization construction is analyzed,then,the feasible paths for optimizing sustainable utilization of water resources are proposed around four directions,namely full chain conservation and control,ecological allocation,technological innovation promotion,public participation and policy guarantee,so as to provide theoretical reference for building a new pattern of coordinated development between water resources and ecology,economy and society,and help achieve the goals of ecological civilization construction.关键词
