京津冀中医药基础研究热点分析
Analysis of Hotspots in Basic Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract
Objective To analyze the hotspots of basic researches of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and provide reference for the coordinated development of the TCM industry in this region.Methods Literatures about basic research of TCM published in the China Academic Journal Full-text Database(CAJ)of CNKI from January 2015 to December 2024 were selected.After manual screening,a total of 9 536 relevant literatures related to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were included,among which 6 090 from Beijing,2 159 from Tianjin,and 1 683 from Hebei.After preprocessing,the BERTopic topic model was employed for cluster analysis,and the research hotspots were summarized.Results Over the 10 years,the overall publication volume of basic research of TCM in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a growth trend(with a slight decrease in the early stage,but after 2021,due to epidemic prevention and control measures and policy promotion,the publication volume rebounded significantly).Cluster analysis identified 17 research topics,including target network pathway analysis,cancer cell omics and expression research,and polysaccharide chemical composition and their activity research.The research hotspots were mainly focused on three directions:traditional medicinal materials and process research,cell and molecular mechanism research,and network pharmacology and target research.Conclusion Basic researches of TCM in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually shifted from traditional experience summarization to modern multidisciplinary integration.It is suggested to further strengthen regional collaboration,increase support for original research,and promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,thereby enhancing the overall scientific research level and industrial competitiveness of this region.关键词
