Progress of research on mechanisms and intervention of presbycusis
摘要
Abstract
Objective With the development of the society,medicine and technology and prolongation of life expectancy,the problems associated with aging have become increasingly prominent.Hearing loss has emerged as a social issue that can seriously affects the quality of life in the elderly.Presbycusis,also known as age-related hearing loss,results from the combined action of multiple factors.To gain insights on pathogenesis and intervention measures of presbycusis,this article reviews related research from the following aspects:relevant mechanisms of aging,pathogenesis of presbycusis,and its treatment of presbycusis,by summarizing recent research findings.关键词
