Abstract
Superhydrophobic surfaces are widely present in nature and possess excellent self-cleaning,anti fouling,anti icing,and corrosion resistance properties.Superhydrophobic membranes can effectively prevent liquid permeation,enhance gas-liquid interface stability,significantly improve mass transfer efficiency and operational stability.In recent years,superhydrophobic Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)has shown broad application prospects in fields such as oil-water separation,membrane distillation,and self-cleaning.PTFE,with its extremely low surface energy and excellent stability,has become an ideal material for preparing superhydrophobic membranes.Focusing on the preparation of superhydrophobic PTFE microporous membranes using sintering,electrospinning,template,and electronic injection methods,the influence of preparation conditions on performance parameters such as membrane interface hydrophobicity,porosity,and structure is mainly elaborated,thus providing theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of superhydrophobic PTFE microporous membranes.Research has shown that different preparation processes have their own advantages.Currently,the preparation of superhydrophobic PTFE microporous membranes is mostly in the laboratory research stage.In the future,it is necessary to combine new materials with advanced preparation technologies,optimize the process flow,and develop a simple and efficient preparation process for superhydrophobic PTFE microporous membranes.关键词
