Exploration of Intelligent Management for Hospital Centralized Procurement Tasks and Drug Reserve

Abstract
Objective To further enhance the intelligent management level of centralized drug volume-based procurement policy(hereinafter referred to as centralized procurement)drugs in hospitals.Methods Based on preliminary experience of exploring the intelligent monitoring system for centralized procurement drugs,data visualization tools such as Sankey diagrams and Gantt charts provided by Power BI software were used to expand batch and catalog management functions for these drugs.The graphical user interface of Python language(GUI library)was employed to design the program interface and create a project management window for centralized procurement tasks.Results and Conclusion Through system management,the required drug catalogs for volume reporting can be quickly restrieved,and the procurement information and supply status of relevant varieties can be prospectively monitored,which provides standardized,information-based support for drug reserve planning,ensures patients medication use,reduces inventory backlog of non-selected drugs,and offers reference for subsequent centralized procurement volume reporting in other batches.The further improved intelligent monitoring system for centralized procurement drugs can better support medical institutions in adapting to the new demands of centralized procurement drugs under the background of quality improvement and scope expansion.关键词
