摘要

Abstract

Pulsatilla chinensis is the dried root of the ranunculus family.It is a traditional Chinese medicine often used for clearing heat and detoxifying and cooling blood to stop dysentery.It was first recorded in the Shennong Herbal Classic and noted that it has pharmacological effects such as anti-fungus,anti-microbial,anti-malaria,anti-inflammation,anti-virus,anti-tumor,immune regulation and anti-aging.There are more than 60 species of Pulsatilla plants in nature,which come from a wide range of sources and are distributed all over the world.Pulsatilla chinensis and Pulsatilla derivatives are mainly divided into two categories.They are often widely used in animal production as Chinese medicine ingredients and feed additives to treat heat toxic blood dysentery,damp-heat diarrhea,cooling blood dysentery,bacillary dysentery,enteritis and diarrhea,dyspepsia,peptic ulcer,trichomoniasis,etc.And it has remarkable clinical therapeutic effect.In this paper,the biological functions of Pulsatilla chinensis and its derivatives were reviewed,and the research progress and current situation of Pulsatilla chinensis and its derivatives were discussed and analyzed,aimed to determine the specific application methods of Pulsatilla chinensis and its derivatives in different animal production,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
