Abstract
In the new era,the capacity building of grassroots ecological environment law enforcement teams is directly related to the achievement of ecological civilization strategic goals.This paper explores the important significance of enhancing the capabilities of grassroots law enforcement teams from a theoretical perspective,analyzes the prominent problems that currently exist,and proposes targeted countermeasures.Analysis suggests that optimizing the training system,strengthening technological empowerment,and improving resource guarantee mechanisms can enhance the effectiveness of grassroots law enforcement and provide practical references for building a modern environmental governance system.关键词
