摘要
Abstract
To explore the sustainable development path of cities and solve the problem of river ecological degradation in the process of urbanization,this paper analyzes the ecological governance of urban rivers from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction.Analysis suggests that incorporating the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction throughout the entire governance process can effectively reduce the secondary impact of governance activities on the environment and enhance the sustainability of ecological restoration.Based on this,it is proposed to construct a river ecological governance system from five dimensions:planning formulation,pollution prevention and control,ecological restoration,technology application,and regulatory strengthening.关键词
